Negative space is something that many fractalist try to get away from. That's because It makes the overall image looks empty, and so there's not much to see as we expected to see in a fractal image. This image, has negative spaces that make this image less attractive to some people, including me. I'm not saying this because I don't like =silwenka's works. I love her works, and It really inspires me a lot. But there's just something that makes me think that she didn't put her best effort when she working on this piece.

Another things that really bother my eyes is the disharmony of the gem's color with the "petals". The colors really clashing each others.

The last thing that I want to critque is about the texture that's too strong imho.

But, this image is not only about anything negative. There's one thing positive on this image. It is =silwenka's braveness to present something that not everyone of us might love. It is her passion she try to present to us about her exploration in area that not many people want to explore. :)
